Business visa

4. Business Letter:A signed letter from the UK company-The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:

5. Business invitation:A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Australia. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Embassy of Australia", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
   • Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
   • State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Australia.
   • Specify the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).
6. Appointment or Withdrawal:Appointment or withdrawal of an authorized recipient. This form can be found here.
7. Bank statements:Original or pdf copy of 3 months UK current account bank statements. Financial ability for travel should show £ 50 per day of stay abroad and having sufficient funds to pay the cost of travel and accommodation.
8. Proof of travel:Confirmed return travel tickets mentioning applicant’s name and travel dates.

Business Visa

3. Proof of Status: Original Residence card (BRP) or other proof of resident status in the resident country should have validity of more than 6 months after your return from travel.
4. Copy of itinerary: Confirmed air tickets, must be showing exact dates of travel and destination, however, it is advisable not to purchase in advance.
5. Business letter: An original signed letter from the employer company. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
   • Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
   • State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Canada.
   • Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (i.e. single/multiple entry business visa).
   • Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
6. Hotel Reservations: Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, name and address of the hotel, duration of stay.
7. Bank statements: Original or pdf copy of 3 months bank statements. Financial ability for travel should show $ 50 per day of stay abroad and having sufficient funds to pay the cost of travel and accommodation. The statement shouldn’t be older than 1 month.
8. Business invitation: A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Canada. The letter should be printed on company letterhead, addressed to "The Embassy of Canada", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
   • Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
   • State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Canada.
   • Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (i.e. single/multiple entry business visa).
   • Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.

1. Please be advised that the Canadian Embassy may extend the processing time at their discretion. Additional documents and a personal interview may also be requested. Canada Visa online advises that you provide as many documents as you can to prove beyond doubt that you will be returning back after your trip to Canada.

5. Invitation Letter: Must be organised by the inviter through either local Chamber of Commerce or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When filing invitation request the sponsor needs to state applicant's employer - this must be the same company providing supporting letter for actual visa application.

9. Proof of travel:(airplane, train, boat, coach, (hired) car) Confirmed return travel tickets mentioning applicant’s name and travel dates. When travelling by car, car registration, car insurance, return travel tickets (ferry or Eurotunnel) mentioning the car’s registration number and driver’s driving license. If applicant is not the driver, then driver’s cover letter (signed & dated) confirming joint travel with applicant and travel dates need to be provided too. When travel tickets have been paid through travel agency, then a receipt, an invoice or a payment confirmation is also required.
10. Proof of accommodation:Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, travel dates and accommodation address details.
11. Travel insurance: (all-risk medical travel insurance) clearly showing the applicant’s name, covering the entire period of the intended stay in Schengen Area. The minimum coverage for medical emergency and repatriation must be € 30.000. If covered by your bank please provide a recent letter not older than 1 month confirming your insurance details.
12. Proof of business invitation:Invitation letter from a company/business confirming the purpose of visit, travel dates and arrangements for accommodation/travel (if applicable).Entry tickets or registration for fairs/congresses/conferences/seminars only for employees. Students need to apply as tourist.

6. Proof of travel:All applicants applying for Kenya visa must provide original purchased ticket or flight itinerary with applicant’s name.
7. Proof of accommodation:Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, travel dates and accommodation address details.
8. Proof of a previous Visa: Proof of at least three (3) previous visits to Kenya (Copies of visas) for multiple entries.
9. Visa to visit spouses in Kenya:Copy of marriage certificate, Copy of Passport/National ID of spouse, Copy of residence/work permit for spouse if not Kenyan.
10. Visa to visit children schooling in Kenya: Copy of Child’s birth Certificate, Copy of Child’s passport, Copy of child’s student/pupil pass.
11. Minor: Children aged 16 years old and below are exempted from requiring a Kenyan tourist visa and are not required to submit an application.
    Minors (under 18) travelling on their own require written consent from either parent.

Sign and date the letter and submit it with your documents.Your letter must include your full name and postal address, and the:
    • Reason you want to come to Ireland
    • Dates you plan to arrive and leave
    • Names and addresses of any members of your family who currently live in Ireland or any other EU/EEA country or Switzerland.
    Your letter must include a commitment from you that you will:
    • Obey the conditions of your visa in full
    • Not rely on public services (e.g. public hospitals) or become a burden on the State
    • Leave Ireland before your immigration permission expires.
