Business visa

1. Original, signed passport:Passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa purposes, must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the trip to the Kenya.
2. Passport-size photograph:Two recent (not older than 3 months), passport-size, UK standard, colour photographs with white background or you may also upload a photo with your order for us to print (charges applicable)
3. Proof of Status:UK Residence permit, endorsed in the passport or issued as a Biometrics card, must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Dubai.
4. Confirmation of Employment/ Host:Employer/Host headed letter recent, name and position of the signee and confirming applicant’s employment. All applications letters should be addressed as:
   The High Commissioner, Kenya High Commission, 45 Portland Place, London, W1B 1AS, Attn: Consular & Visa Section.
5. Business Invitation: A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Kenya. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Kenya, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
   • Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
   • State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Kenya.
   • Specify the type and desired validity of the visa (i.e. a one-year multiple entry business visa).
   • Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
6. Proof of travel:All applicants applying for Kenya visa must provide original purchased ticket or flight itinerary with applicant’s name.
7. Proof of accommodation:Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including name of the applicant, travel dates and accommodation address details.
8. Proof of a previous Visa: Proof of at least three (3) previous visits to Kenya (Copies of visas) for multiple entries.
9. Visa to visit spouses in Kenya:Copy of marriage certificate, Copy of Passport/National ID of spouse, Copy of residence/work permit for spouse if not Kenyan.
10. Visa to visit children schooling in Kenya: Copy of Child’s birth Certificate, Copy of Child’s passport, Copy of child’s student/pupil pass.
11. Minor: Children aged 16 years old and below are exempted from requiring a Kenyan tourist visa and are not required to submit an application.
    Minors (under 18) travelling on their own require written consent from either parent.
12. Note: Submit all applicable documents in triplicate.

Maximum stay in Kenya: 90 days
